Where does AliSearch work?

On AliExpress search result pages (aliexpress.com and aliexpress.us, including regional versions). The AliSearch bar appears above the results. It does not run on other websites.

Why do tabs open in the background?

Variant prices are only listed on each product's own page. AliSearch opens the product pages in background tabs, reads the variant names and prices, and closes the tabs again. It only reads the pages; it does not change anything.

AliExpress asks me for a security check (CAPTCHA)

When AliSearch opens many product pages quickly, AliExpress sometimes asks for a security check. AliSearch brings that page to the front so you can complete it. If it keeps happening, lower the number of parallel extractions in the settings.

Expanding is slow, or my browser feels slow

Open the settings (gear icon in the AliSearch bar). You can choose how many products are expanded automatically (5, 10, 20, 50 or all) and how many are processed at the same time.

How do I get the normal AliExpress view back?

Click Show Original in the AliSearch bar. Click it again to switch back.

What are the blue and brown borders?

Light blue marks out-of-stock variants, brown marks bundle offers. You can show or hide both with the switches in the bar.

Does AliSearch change prices?

No. It shows the prices that AliExpress lists for each variant. AliSearch uses affiliate links, which never change the price you pay.

How do I remove AliSearch?

Open chrome://extensions, find AliSearch and click Remove.
